First, we’ll run tests to see what’s causing the problem, remove viruses and malware, update and optimize Windows. Then, we’ll recommend and install any hardware or software you’ll need to improve performance or security. We’ll review with you the test results so you’ll understand exactly what the problem is and what we’ll do to correct it.

Professional evaluation: We’ll discuss how your computer has been malfunctioning and make sure you understand what we’re doing in order to trouble-shoot. After testing all of the software and hardware on your computer, we will explain any problems facing your PC. We will follow up with an estimate for repair so you can make an informed decision regarding your next step.

Hardware test (On-Site): We’ll open your computer and check to make sure all components and cables are properly connected and seated. Then we’ll reconnect and reseat components as necessary.

Windows and disk review/update: We’ll check for known Windows issues and determine if there are updates for you to install that would make your computer more secure. We’ll also check your hard disk drive to see if it needs to be defragmented, and if you have temporary files that need to be deleted. We’ll defragment the drive and install updates if needed.

Virus/spyware scan and removal: We’ll check your computer with our updated anti-virus/spyware utilities to determine if you have any spyware or viruses that need to be removed. If your computer has been diagnosed with viruses or spyware, we’ll remove this malicious software so you and your computer can work with speed and confidence. Applications: If doesn’t matter if you are running standard, industry specific, custom or proprietary application that are giving you problems we will call the venders and work directly with their support personal to get you up and running fast.

Digital gadgets: Digital cameras, iPods, other MP3 players, smart phones, blackberries and more can be some of the toughest problems to solve on your own. We understand the hair pulling experience of calling the manufacture just to hear them blame the other guy.
